My Dell XPS 9310 laptop Intel 11th Gen laptop was experience random system freeze/black screen.
Details:
1. Display blackout
2. System unresponsive
4. Cooling fans blaring and the system becoming excessively hot
3. Happens randomly on power or battery
4. System has to forced power off by holding down the power button
Solution:
A number of customers took the forums to complain about the issue and to rant to Dell. Some users offered fixes which were randomly successful.
In the end, the fault laid with the Intel graphics driver that some users correctly inferred it to be.
Dell officially release the fix on 14-Apr-2021.

Thus far, my system has not experienced this issue and enjoying my Dell to its fullest and I highly recommend it.
